(collectively, “the Websites") and respects your privacy, as well as the privacy of all users of the Websites ("the User" or "the Users").
The purpose of this policy is to detail what personal information is collected as part of your use of the website, how it is collected and the purposes for which it is processed.
Use of the Website is subject to this Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Website, available here (collectively, the "Terms of Use"), and will indicate your agreement to them.

2. Collection and delivery of information on the Websites
As part of your use of the Website and the Services offered therein, Information about you will be collected as detailed below.
The aforementioned Information will be stored in the Group's databases, in Israel and/or abroad, including through "cloud" services (storage on a remote server), including in the United States (collectively, the "Information"):
2.1. Contacting Group members: In accordance with public inquiries on the Website – full name, telephone number, email address, ID number, Rav-Kav number, line number, content and details of the inquiry and/or details of the event.
2.2. Purchase of tickets on the Website: In accordance with the purchase of tickets on the Website – type of ticket, origin and destination, details of the customer including full name, telephone number, email address, ID number, Rav-Kav number and/or payment method details, date and line. It is clarified that the full credit details are not stored by the Group as the Group uses a dedicated payment processor, which complies with the PCI DSS security standard, for the purpose of processing the payment (for the payment processor's privacy policy, see https://hyp.co.il/privacy-policy).
2.3. Inquiries regarding insurance or claims for compensation: Inquiries will be submitted via email in accordance with the instructions on the Websites. In this context, you will be asked to provide the details of the inquiry, as well as attach documents as requested in the instructions, including details of the event, management of account confirmation, various supporting references, vehicle license, photos or videos, repair invoices and additional supporting documents as applicable. Please note that some inquiries, such as inquiries regarding personal injury, will be submitted by you directly to the company that insures the Group's members.
2.4. Information collected for the purpose of applying for employment in the Group: full name, telephone number, preferred area of work, resumé and professional experience, and ID number.
2.5. Technical information and digital identifiers: Technical details that are automatically collected when browsing the Website, such as browser type and end device, IP address, browsing habits and site usage data. This data will be collected using automatic tools, see further details in Section 4 below (on the subject of "Cookies").
It is clarified that, as a general rule, you are not legally obligated to provide the information, and its provision depends solely on your free will and consent. However, please note that:

In any case, statistical information provided to third parties will not personally identify the user.

Group terms for using the WhatsApp link:
The content of the conversation with the Group conversation via WhatsApp: includes all the information about your travels that you have given us in correspondence and is visible on your mobile phone as long as you have not deleted it yourself. Therefore, we suggest setting up a lock on your mobile phone in a way that is convenient for you: password, fingerprint or facial recognition. It is worth deleting the correspondence between us from time to time, but before that it is recommended to save it if necessary.
The WhatsApp application also allows you to view the content of conversations on other devices connected to your mobile phone, such as a desktop computer or tablet (via WhatsApp Web). If you have enabled this, it is recommended that you disconnect this connection.
