Egged Properties is the Egged Group’s real estate branch. It is in charge of all the assets and real estate owned by the Group around the country. The Company operates in a variety of business areas - industry, logistics, commerce and residential, specializing in management, development, and betterment of these assets.

The Company’s assets portfolio includes assets covering a total area of hundreds of Dunams, with over 55,000 square meters of built-up floorspace. The assets are centrally located in highly-developed areas, including in Jerusalem, Ashdod, Holon, Haifa, Beit Shemesh, Beer Sheva, Arad, Dimona, Nof HaGalil, Kiryat Gat, and other locations.

Egged Real Estate works to expand its business through initiating new commercial, logistical, employment and residential projects.
